This congressman from AZ gets pulled over for going more than 45 MPH over the speed limit (a criminal offense)...he proceeeds to talk shit to the cop and brags how he sometimes goes much faster. Then tells the cop to not bother writing a ticket because he is above the law.
He was let off with a warning.

First; the probability of an unarmed black being shot in the back is significantly smaller than a police officer being killed in the line of duty.
