Does anyone know who this guy is? He sounds like some kind of propaganda bot--he says the same things over and over, in a kind of stilted, performative tone. He spells a LOT of words incorrectly, and suffers from Trump Capitalization Syndrome, so I don't think he's some kind of computer program--they're not that dumb--but it's hard to believe that there's anyone out there with nothing better to do.
I'm given to understand, though, that Russia employs thousands of people who do nothing but spread disinformation on American websites. The idiotic dross in "David Miller"'s posts definitely suggests an anti-American, pro-Putin sentiment.
