America's future is that white people will no longer be running everything, and while that strikes existential fear into the hearts of old white racist conservitards, it's inevitable.
It won't be the "disaster" or "crisis" the Fox News/Trumper crowd expects. You'll see more equitable treatment and less income inequality and social inequality. You won't have an orange asshole ginning up the masses of old white racist fucks and gun-waving yahoos.
And by toning down their hatred, the old white conservitards will live longer. Better for their blood pressure.
