State governments monitoring women's pregnancies? Trump is cool with that.

And he's ok with states that allow abortions, you forgot that part.

Yeah - see that part about "not believeing your own bullshit" from my prior post.    Thats anyone who holds that opinion including Trump.

You still did not answer this question, (everyone is waiting) - Quick question - How does one become a human being if they do not begin life as an embryo?

You already answered it for me.    Your question  identifies an embryo that evolves into something else...a human being.   If they were the same thing you wouldn't have two different words for them.

But I'm not the one you need to be worried about, dear David.   Check the polls in Arizona and see how many of those voters see eye to eye with you on this issue.

Also from your source: "A lover; (also) a spouse. As a term of endearment: darling, sweetheart. Cf. babe n"

So much for using dictionaries to determine whose rights to restrict..

The "something else" you allude to is called a human being. Remenber, you to were once an embryo...

Perfect answer, leave it up to the states. Federal government has bigger things to worry about. He never said he was cool with it, nice try though.

When asked whether he would veto a national bill to restrict abortion in all 50 states, Trump has REFUSED to say. Is that a perfect answer too, Sledhead?

President Trump has already stated that the Supreme Court has already spoken about the abortion question. The "perfect answer" to this trolling, loaded abortion question is - no answer.

It should be left to the states as the Constitution mandates.

The same part of the Constitution that allowed fSTATES to impose segregated schools and buses, right?

This is a really interesting decision by the Supreme Court.  Justice Alito pointed out, no one at the time of the 14th Amendment's passage believed it guaranteed a sweeping right to abortion.  But it's the 14th amendment that Alito and Thomas used in McDonald vs Chicago to find that the right of an individual "to keep and bear arms," as protected under the 2nd Amendment, is incorported by the 14th Amendment and is thereby enforceable against the states.  Up to this time, the Supreme Court had decided that gun rights were a state's rights issue.  I can't find anywhere in the 14th Amendment where it states that almost everyone can possess a gun.  Where does it guarantee this right?  How could Alito and Thomas use the 14th Amendment to decide for Dobbs but not Chicago?
