Okay, if you discount something 100%, it would be worth $0, right? Then what the hell is a 300%, 400% or 500% discount worth in dollars? So how can Trump actually say he reduced drug prices by 300, 400 and 500 percent? My last two prescription pickups cost $0, but heck, I want some of that 300, 400, 500 percent discount. LOL
