Tribal lands are not subjected to the Taliban rule of Republicans in Oklahoma State.    But Republicans dont really believe their own bullshit which is not news.      They think people should decide their own rules for abortion in their own jurisdictions.....except when people disagree with them

Oklahoma tribal reservations don't have to obey Oklahoma's medieval laws--they're sovereign nations. The governor of a state that has several such nations within its borders really should know that.

But conservitards never were the sharpest knives in the drawer.

The real duplicty in the ruling is that it isn't about states rights. The justices know if the Republicans gain control of the White House and Congress they will pass a nationwide abortion ban. The justices needed a justification to get rid of women's health care as being a fundamental right to make that possible.

Republicans may very well snatch defeat from the jaws of victory here. In pandering, pandering, pandering to their base, they seem to have forgotten that the base alone won't get them into power--they have to dupe a LOT of other people as well, like they did in 2020.

I would personally advocate that we round up the base and ship them all to Alaska, including enough of them settled on the North Slope to keep the endangered polar bear population fed and happy.

I must admit ignorance to how state law plays out on an Indian reservation plays out.  I'm confident that Libs don't care.  You know it, I know it, everyone knows it.

Indian reservations aren't mentioned in the Constitution. God, Boiler is ignorant about that topic.

State law doesn't apply on Indian reservations, except in specific cases where the tribe in question has allowed it, such as on highways that cross tribal land.

And contrary to what Boiler bleats, native American tribes only have protected rights because of the efforts of liberals to preserve them. Conservatives have been trying to crush native people for decades.

Boilerman doesnt care about states rights.   Neither does any "states rights" advocate.   All you have to do is make "states rights" antithetical to their agenda to prove it.   

The issue of state's rights applies only in areas that are both part of a state and part of the United States. Indian reservations are neither.

Indian nations need the protection of autonomy because most of them are located in racist shitkicker red states. It's downright dangerous to live among conservatives if you ain't white, and no one knows that better than the American Indian.
