Hilbert, Really? He is more than likely going to be indicted in Georgia and then at the Federal level too. I don't see how he avoids spending time in prison unless he pulls a Kenny Boy Lay.  If Trump were a rational person, he would anoit a MAGA successor in exchange for a pardon on the Federal Charges and then cop a plea on the state charges. He could probably be back home in Florida in a year to a year and a half. Since he isn't rational and will dig his héels in he is looking at spending the rest of his life in prison. Given his age and poor health, that would only require an 8 to 10 year sentence.  Keep in mind there is no good time credit in the Federal system. A ten year sentence would likely be 9 something served.
