Trump continues to take credit for the Obama economy. The economic conditions at any given time reflect the policies that were enacted five years ago. Let's wait until 2021 and see what the long-term effects of Trump's economic bungling (trade wars; tariffs) are.
Trump destroyed NAFTA. Of course, he says that the new deal with Canada is "better." I'm not a slavish Trump lackey--so I think I'll wait and see. Ditto Mexico and South Korea. I know you Trumpers believe anything and everything the Orange Asshole says. I don't, and you shouldn't.
How do you know what China will or won't do? Do you have a crystal ball? What we do know is that China has severed trade deals with American farmers, whose crops rotted in the fields this summer...and that's not likely to change if the Orange Turd is reelected. In fact, the only real hope for renewed trade with China is Trump getting kicked out of office (one way or another), since they hate his guts and have learned how untrustworthy he is.
