Yes, Dealer1, this is helpful.  The IRS web site has added some of this same information also, I finally found.  I am miffed at the idea of having to watch where I use it to avoid fees.  I really want to move the whole amount to my bank account.   Hope I can somehow get that done.   The bank lobbies being closed does not help, but I can bug the poor teller serving the drive through line, I suppose.
