LOL – Donnie is getting sued over his tweet where he said Stormy’s Las Vegas thug was a, “total con job.” This time it is in NY, and since Cohen isn’t a defendant in this case, it can’t be stayed.  Donnie sure picked the wrong woman to mess with. 


In a defamation case, the burden of proof shits to defendant if the defendant asserts that his statement was true as a defense.  In other words, for Donnie to win his case, he must prove that Stormy’s thug was in fact a made-up story.
