Suddenly Chump Wants To Cut A Tariff Deal With China

China won't call him back 😂 What a loser. He starts a trade war, backs himself into a corner and ends up begging China for a deal.  I imagine it is going along the lines of pretty please Xi, I screwed up.  Please take me back. Think of all the good times we had. Oh, pretty please I am begging you Xi help me.

Xi says China is only interested in talking if all the Trump tariffs are canceled. Trump really screwed up. The CEOs of Target, Wal-Mart and Home Depot met with Trump yesterday and told him soon consumers will be met by much higher prices and empty store shelves. Yep, Trump is making American Great Again by turning it into Soviet era Russia. 

I see, and you were just fine with mandatory injections, government colluding with media to silence free speech, radicals firebombing cities to the tune of over 2 billion in damages, and much more during the previous 4 years.

Most people havent seen the tariffs yet as we blow through inventory purchased prior to "liberation day".

(Or as I like to call it....."bend over and take it up the butt day")

Now the snowball starts rolling down the hill.     

Less volume at the port = layoffs at the port. 

Less trucks and rail freight from the ports = layoffs at the trucking and rail companies.   

Less inventory delivered to stores from trucks = fewer sales and layoffs at the stores.

More unemployed people means less taxes paid to the government...and more people on government programs.

You think DOGE and the Trump administration are saving money?  You are in for a rude awakening.

Of course, Trump is only importuning Xi because all those CEOs promised to write Trump nice big billion-dollar checks in return for that favor. It's the way Trump has ALWAYS done business and in fact, the ONLY way he knows.

Trump, in the midst of his white-hot ongoing hatred for China, doesn't even realize that China's leaders don't give a flying fuck about the propsperity of its citizens and will cheerfully let millions of them starve rather than suffer a blow to their pride. So they can't be blackmailed.

We're in for a recession that will make the Dubya fiasco look like a garden party.
