Summer Zervos Wins Motion In Her Case Against Dirty Donnie

President Trump must face a defamation lawsuit by a former contestant on his reality TV show “The Apprentice”  a Manhattan judge ruled.

For a guy who claims he wants due process, he sure pulls out all the stops to keep his accusers from having it.  First, he claimed he was President, so he was immune from such suits and his second argument was a novel argument that his statement that Summer Zervous is lying wasn’t intended to be a truthful statement but rather it was intended to be a political statement which everyone already knows isn’t truthful.  He was laughed out of court.

I'm not sure, but If I was Trump rich,  I would or wouldn't use my money to enjoy the most beautiful ladies on the planet.  We normal people, I use that term loosely, don't have to use a lot of self discipline because our station in life does not afford us the same temptations as the super wealthy.  I have often said, It's a good thing , I don't win the lottery, it would pave the road to hell for me.  

Not every time but way too many, the first thing the lottery winner does is trade in their spouse for a newer, shinier model. 

I don’t think there is anything wrong with having a lot of sexual partners if you have the ability.  The problem for Trump is twofold.  1.  He doesn’t seem to get it when he encounters women that aren’t receptive to him and ends up sexually assaulting them. 2. He lies to, bribes, bullies and threatens violence against his former consensual partners to keep them silent.  If you are simply a horn dog, just do the right thing and own it. Don’t commit crimes trying to cover up consensual behavior. Honestly, I think Stormy is hot. Who cares if she tells everyone she had sex with you?

I think Mark is jealous that President Trump gets more action than he does.

I’ll confess. I find Stormy attractive because she is a smart and powerful woman that possess a ton of sexual prowess.  However, I am not jealous of Donald Trump.  Anybody can have sex with a porn star if they are willing to pay. Although, most that do aren’t foolish enough to pay $130k when the going rate is $800-$1500 an hour.  Poor old Dumb Trump fell in love with a stripper and got chumped. That is what he is really mad about.  He was so head over heels he chased her for a year after they had the encounter spilling all of his dirty little secrets to her via texts and phone calls.  I guess it is a good thing Stormy isn't a Russian spy.

Sure, because they were working to place their asset Donald John Trump. They succeeded and now we have a puppet for President that is beholden to Putin.  If you have any doubts, look at the story from yesterday where it said in big bold all caps letters on his PDB not to congratulate Putin.  What did Donny do?

A New York appellate court has denied President Donald Trump’s motion to “pause discovery” in the defamation case former Apprentice star Summer Zervos brought against him, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Zervos has filed subpoenas for Apprentice archives and records from the Beverly Hills hotel in order to corroborate her claims that Trump sexually harassed her. She also subpoenaed Trump, who has been given until “May 29 to respond to a demand that he be deposed.” According to the ruling, Trump and the other parties cannot delay the process of fulfilling the subpoenas.

This ruling just came out. It looks like Spanky is going to have to testify under oath soon. I can’t wait to see what Trump said in those unedited Apprentice tapes.

 How in the world could you know this? You sure as hell do a lot of assuming my friend.

How do I know this? Common sense.   19 women from all different walks of life over the course of many years accused him during the election.  It simply boggles the mind that a person would think the reasonable thing to assume is that all of them are lying.  One of the women that Trump said was lying is suing him for defamation right now. (That is what this thread is about)  How come Trump is pulling out all of the stops to try and keep her from arguing her case?  If she is lying, why isn't Trump eager to get her in the courtroom and prove her a liar?

If some gets caught on tape admitting they regularly sexually assault women by grabbing them by the pussy, wouldn't the reasonable thing to assume be that person probably did it when a woman with a credible accusation comes forward?
