Super Bowl halftime - safe space for MAGA

The "Christian Rock" subgenre artists are pretty awful. They want to broadcast their faith, primarily, so musicianship takes a back seat. Actually, it hides in the trunk.

Every Sunday morning, I listen to NPR, and to get there, I scroll through at least half a dozen God Squad stations. Some of them are playing Christian Rock. It must be a sizeable business.

This is Kid Rock's private jet. No joke or AI altering.   Google for yourself.    I think its kinda funny.   And also sums up the alt-right's discourse and interpretation of Christian Values ever since Trump arrived on scene.     

30 years from now there's going to be some kind of recognition about how fucked up MAGA was in perverting American Christianity.

Well, Christianity itself is pretty much a perversion... of reason. And as far as Christian values are concerned--does that include warfare, torture, and murder of anyone who doesn't buy in to the cult? Because that's been in the Christian playbook since the Crusades.

But if you refer to Christian values as some kind of moral code--as irritating as it is to hear them claim to have some kind of franchise on morality--it's positively astounding that the Turd has such a steadfast following among the Faithful. I mean, aren't they supposed to object to theft, fraud, rape, and murder? Aren't they supposed to reject anyone who does any of those things, let alone ALL of them? How can they even tolerate him, much less LUVVVV him?

So as much as I'd like to separate MAGA from Christians, it seems as if they're pretty much the same people. Which makes any talk of American Christian values a bunch of hypocritical caca.

Republicans are opening an investigation into the halftime show and the head lunatic in charge, says it was gay porn. 😂

That's beyond ridiculous, but let's say that it WAS "gay porn." Would it have been illegal?
