The example you cite is a made up example of what possibly could happen - I would like to know just what "medical condition" could a woman suddenly have that ONLY an abortion could save the pregnant woman? This whole unrealized, made up scenario is just a bullshit reason for justifying murder/ abortion - but as to date , this scenario has never happened or reported to have happened anywhere, ever.
Severe preclampsia is a real thing, as are fetal anomalies like anencephaly. Look it up!
My "example", is actually a real event. My mother, an ardent Republican, had an abortion a year and a half after my birth because of excessive bleeding. Doctors told her and my father that without the abortion, she wouldn't survive. She was 23 years old. She went on to have three other sons, who are great people.
Also, from the CDC- research shows fewer than 1 person in 100,000 dies from an abortion, while according to the CDC nearly 18 in 100,000 people die from pregnancy-related complications — a nearly 20-fold increase in the risk of death.
You have your convictions, I have mine. We will just disagree, which is fine by me.
