Supreme Court allows Idaho to enforce its strict abortion ban, EVEN IN MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

If the "mother" still wants to have the abortion, she can go out of state. But according to you, Lewis, it is all right to kill the child, right?

You realize the fetus dies if the mother dies.  Isn't saving one life, instead of losing both, the right thing?   Not sure if you are married, or were married David, but if your wife, who birthed 3  previous children, was in this position, and an abortion would save her life, (that if she DIDN'T have it, she would die), wouldn't you want her to live?

Let me get this straight...if my wife is in a life threatening situation, due to some medical problem, and an abortion is absolutely necessary to save her life, the doctor and medical staff that perform it would go to jail.  But if they don't do the abortion, she could die?  The fetus dies too you frickin' idiots.  There has to be more to this than we're getting.  That makes no sense.

The example you cite is a made up example of what possibly could happen - I would like to know just what "medical condition" could a woman suddenly have that ONLY an abortion could save the pregnant woman? This whole unrealized, made up scenario is just a bullshit reason for justifying murder/ abortion - but as to date , this scenario has never happened or reported to have happened anywhere, ever.

Severe preclampsia is a real thing, as are fetal anomalies like anencephaly.  Look it up!

My "example", is actually a real event.  My mother, an ardent Republican, had an abortion a year and a half after my birth because of excessive bleeding.  Doctors told her and my father that without the abortion, she wouldn't survive.  She was 23 years old. She went on to have three other sons, who are great people.

Also, from the CDC- research shows fewer than 1 person in 100,000 dies from an abortion, while according to the CDC nearly 18 in 100,000 people die from pregnancy-related complications — a nearly 20-fold increase in the risk of death.

You have your convictions, I have mine.  We will just disagree, which is fine by me.

The "child" (you mean "fetus") will die anyway if the mother dies, idiot!

Idiot.

Kevin didn't read the law.  That's a fact, because I did.

Read the law, and don't listen to Lyin' Liberals.

So because you read the law, that "makes it a fact" that I didn't?

You reason and argue like a drooling child.

The law forbids abortions under any circumstances. If you read something different, say what that is instead of being so vague.
