"Draining the Swamp" was the job description of the oversite person who was fired.   He was investigating Mike Pompeo for making his taxpayer funded employees do his personal errands....like grocery shopping and picking up dry cleaning.

But what we've lerned is this administration believes they are above laws and ethics.   And so do the Repuiblicans in Congress.  And so does David Miller.   

Actually, that's called Swamping The Drain.
