Takes a While to Steal All the Money.

In addition to kevin's lack of math skills; reading is another problem.

Check the map on my earlier post. There are 15 stores within 5 blocks of madmani's store plus a Costco

There is no need for madmanis overpriced store.

$30 Million, you say?    We spent 33 times that much today for Trump's boner pill in Iran.

wasting money isn't a good topic for MAGA cheerleaders right now.    Maybe you should stick to the black people being murdered in Chicago.

I find it very odd that people in Texas/Arizona give a shit about what's happening in New York City. Is your existence in Texas and Arizona so dull that this interests you?

My family has been living in NY since the 1840s; and only recently moved to Phoenix to be near my sons; so I have a great interest in NYC.  I am also very familiar with the Manhattan.

Hey, stupid Tom, your map doesn't show population density, or any of the many other demographic factors that would make an additional grocery store in that area desirable or superfluous.

God, you love love love to post meaningless Tom-stats. Your map is a Tom-stat: meaningless without context.

"Within 5 blocks" is an area that is 10 x 10 blocks, or 100 square blocks. 15 stores is fewer than one per every six square blocks. And I'll bet that most of them on your Tom-map are bodegas and don't have a lot of product or selection.

You're spouting off about something of which you're completely ignorant. You don't know that neighborhood. You don't know how well the existing grocery stores serve its needs. I'm sure that the mayor of NYC knows that better than you.

Stupid Tom.

Another thing that MAGA abhors is spending ANY money to improve the lives of people who live in large cities, because even in red toilet states, those cities vote Democrat. So MAGA would rather see them all die.

Tom is stuck in a horrible, baking-hot desert shithole and misses NYC. That's why he posts so many bitch bitch bitches about it. Makes him feel better.

Here's a condo for sale in the same neighborhood.

1200 sq/ft     for     $1.2 Million dollars

Thats the real estate in that neighborhood....not the natioanl average price per sq/ft of a COSTCO or whatever other ridiculous, irrelevant data Tom wants to point to.      Can we make a funny meme out of this and put in on social media for morons?

I agree, Miller claims to live in Texas, but is obsessed with California and New York. Kind of sad for him to live in a shitty place and wish he was somewhere with a nice climate and scenery.

Didn't take long to find

Building a new Walmart Supercenter typically costs between $80 million and $150 million+ in total investment, which includes land acquisition, construction, and extensive infrastructure requirements. These large-scale developments generally range from 180,000 to 250,000 square feet and take roughly 18-24 months to complete.
Key cost factors for a Walmart Supercenter include:
  • Total Investment: The high end of the range ($150M+) is often required for new, large-format Supercenters in prime locations.
  • Construction Costs: Basic construction costs can be around $130 per square foot, though this does not include total land and development costs.
  • Infrastructure & Site Work: Due to their massive size, Supercenters require significant investments in parking lots, roads, and utility infrastructure.
  • Renovation/Expansion: Modernizing or expanding existing stores, rather than building new, is a significant portion of Walmart’s capital expenditure, as shown by their recent $6.5 billion investment in Canada for store improvements.

These figures cover the construction of the building and site development, not the cost of the initial inventory.

One condition of his parole was that he had to leave California. They didn't say he had to go to Texas; that would've been too cruel. But Bum Fuck, Texas is where his car gave out, and he's lived there ever since.
