Now hear this:
I composed that post explaining, to David and anyone else, why "form" counts with me. I even confessed that I hadn't watched the entire video. Apparently Kevin concured with my point about "form" being a reasonable criterion with which to value a person's delivery/speech/argument.
The problem: Kevin used my post to attack David...again...sigh. I prefer that Kevin not use my posts as a launching pad for his attacks on David, i.e. "Miller worships Trump, who is a bully..." etc. For Kevin to do so suggests that he and I are in harmony in his horrid opinion of David, which is not the case. I'm perfectly capable of discernment about David's politics and David's pro-Trump stance, just as I am about Kevin's politics and his anti-Trump stance.
I prefer that no poster quote a post of mine and use it to attack David or anyone else, as if that poster's words and/or sentiments were mine. Is this too hard to understand?
Thank you.

Candy, I respect your views and opinions, but sometimes, you come up with a real whopper. I didn't "use your post to attack David." I quoted your post and then used MY OWN WORDS to criticize him. I quoted your post because the issue was the form, content, and manner of the post he copied and pasted here...and David's waffling and weaseling, saying that you shouldn't pay attention to that and his message was the shining truth, and that's all that mattered.
I alluded to David's proclivity for presenting strident messages from his Facebook pals and suggested that he likes to do that for the same reason he loves Trump. Just because I quoted you in my post DOES NOT MEAN I WAS SAYING THAT YOU AGREE WITH EVERYTHING OR EVEN ANYTHING I POSTED. I used your post as a springboard.
People can and do quote my posts all the time, sometimes in agreement, sometimes in rabid, vicious disagreement, and sometimes as an avenue for further discussion. That's their right. If I don't want somebody to quote me on something, well, then, maybe I shouldn't post it. If I do, well, then, it's fair game.
I really don't understand your continual rabid Miller advocacy, but hey, I guess he needs allies.
And congrats, David, for kindling yet another argument. You're so, so good at that. It may be your only talent, but you've honed it to a razor's edge. Hatred and division. Just like your orange hero.
