Gee - I wonder why Texas ranks near the bottom of education in this country? At least they have a good place for Tommy and Betty Sue to make babies under the bleachers.
Does anyone know who much of the stadium cost is from private sources, and should private citizens not be allowed to buy a school a fancy stadium?
