Oh come on. I was just trying show you what it looks like to be as pro-Trump in a hyperbolic way as you batshit crazy libs are anti-Trump. Unfortunately that's an impossible task as the liberal hate for Trump exceeds any rational thought. Do you seriously believe that Trump has had ANY impact on the price of eggs in one week? Oh wait...you actually blamed him for the record egg prices that was set the week before he took office.
Let's see what egg prices are in a year and we'll talk about it. In fact I'll bet you that egg prices from 1/20/25 to 1/19/26 do not increase as much as your main man Biden's last year from 1/20/24 to 1/19/25. Any takers?
I'll also bet anyone that in no Trump month does the year over year inflation rate rise as much as Biden's 9.1% peak in June of 2022? Any takers? Come Lewis. You've been spewing that "Oh my Gods--Trump is gonna drive inflation through the roof with his tariffs". Funny how your ilk never predicted the 40 year record Bidenflation yet you think you can predict Trump's.
To refresh your memory, first Democrats told us there was no inflation. Then it was Transitory. Then it was a first world problem. Then it was the Supply Chain. Then it was because of the Russians. Then Corporate Greed. But never once (with notable exceptions like Larry Summers) blamed the Money Supply or Overspending or the War on Fossil Fuels.
So to summarize, you're wrong to blame Trump for Egg Prices. You were wrong about blaming Trump for a causing a trade war and not being able to deport criminals to Columbia and you were wrong about being prevented from flying criminal deportees to Mexico (on the same day as a record 4 deportation flights). Don't you guys get tired of being wrong or str upi just tossing shit agains the 'orange turd' to see if any of it sticks. Don't look now but it's all splashing back on you.
Listen, STOOOOPID...
It doesn't matter what the Biden administration said was the cause of inflation; what matters it what it actually was. And that was far too complex for MAGA to comprehend (or you?), but it was a combination of supply chain disruptions caused by and exacerbated by the pandemic and the Ukraine war. You can also (wrongly) blame Biden for DAT BAD BAD BAD GUMMINT SPENDIN', but that effect was relatively minimal and more important, transitory. That analysis is and should be independent of politics.
I can't resist this one, dumdum...if you blame Biden for DAT HORRIBUL BIDENFLAYSHUN, then logically, the rest of the world shouldn't have experienced it, right? RIGHT????
Moron!
Where do I get the above information? Not from any news source, liberal or conservative. I get it from the aggregated opinions of hundreds of worldwide expert economists, who, I have to tell you, I believe more than Trump or Fox Nooze. Sue me.
As well, I don't predict massive Trumpflation--I cite the economists who do. I think they have good credibility. In any event, do YOU really (really??) think that a massive tax can be added to the price of all imported goods WITHOUT spurring massive inflation?? Jesus, are you really that much of an idiot?
You slather MAGA politics onto everything you babble, but an honest assessment of the danger posed by Trump should be apolitical. We don't know if and to what extent he's going to fuck with our economy. But to say that his professed goals would be anything but horrible for us if enacted is to live in a delusional Fox Nooze-fed funhouse-mirror fantasy land.
I do realize that you find living in that fantasy land quite titillating.
