I'm afraid not. If Uranium was being enriced at militry bases the IAEA would have 100% access. No Uranium is being enriched at Iranian military bases....buit apparently you believe the deal struck by Obama says we should be able to inspect those regardless. I have not seen that clause in any reported version of the bill.

If the agreement said they couldn't have access to military bases (& iran determines what is a military base) then the IAEA wouldn't be able to determine if uranium is being enriched.
That is why the agreement was always a joke.

There is no nuclear plants on Iranian military bases....there was not before and there is not now. The Uranium that is being enriched today as a result of Trump's new and improved Iran strategy is occuring at registered nuclear sites the IAEA previously inspected and judged to be in compliance with the multi-lateral treaty. And now they are not.

Obama's "deal" was between him and his muslim brotherhood buddies. It was not anything close to being a treaty that held any weight, nor did it mean that they had to uphold any of it. He gave them pallets of cash to fund their terrorist activities without congress being involved.
