In both cases they haven't been caught, but earlier in the week a ploice lieutenant was shot by criminal who was out courtesy of the NY no bail law

Tommie-poo might not understand that a pardon cannot happen unless someone has been charged with a crime, found guilty, and been sentenced. Therefore any comparison with the Missouri couple's get out of jail free card issued by the governor is meaningless and stupid.
