I'd appreciate an "intelligent" summary of the issue including positions (not arguments) of both sides.  That piece linked wasn't it. 

The two responders so far have offered nothing but nasty insults directed toward you, no facts.  That would not be what I clicked the link for.  I'm always interested in issues, and sometimes someone will summarize one.  That's what I need.  Thanks.
