These "people" had plenty of warning concerning when the tariffs would be enacted. They could/should of prepared for April 2 and took action concerning their stock holdings. The intelligent ones will prosper - the others will whine ....

The trade policy is actually fair and balanced - the tariffs should have been implemented way before. -
Nope, they were told Trump's tarrifs were going to be narrowly targeted and not blanket tarrifs. Furthermore, Trump just made up the numbers in his chart for other countries tariffs meaning they aren't reciprocal or even the least bit logical. A 54% tarrif is not a carefully targeted narrow tarrif. Wal-Mart is going to go broke. 😂
