Today's date

Remember today's date - the day that Democrats decided that illegal aliens are more important than the citizens of the United States.

Did the lights come on today in Appalachia?   What a shame we can’t reference old threads anymore.     When 

a shutdown happened under Obama all of our Fox News viewers said, “no big deal”....mainly because thats what Fox told them to think.    What’s Fox saying now?

We will see if this shutdown results into "a big deal" as time goes by. I am sure that "the lights came on today in Appalachia" and throughout the nation for many Democratic voters who are finally realizing just what the Democratic Party is really about. This Democratic shutdown does not and will not bode well for these currently elected Democrats. 

Doc thinks that government shutdown is the Democrats fault. Isn’t that cute.  The Republicans control the Executive Branch and both Houses of Congress. Republicans mismanage government when they are in charge and then cry like babies when the Democrats won’t fix their mess for them.

I truly feel sorry for Mark and PJ - neither one of you have a clue.  

Oh, the irony.....

When the Democrats controlled the Senate & the presidency, it was the Republicans fault.  Now that they are the minority, it is still the Republicans fault.  

Several years ago the Schumer said shutdowns debates should only involve budget issues.  Now they are shutting down the govt over protecting people breaking the law.

The Democrats want it both ways

The previous government shutdown cost about 2 billion dollars a day in economic activity.   That lasted over two weeks.    Its probably safe to assume that same metric applies to this shutdown.   

My opinion today is the same as it was then.   The funding of government spending that has already been signed off on should  not be subject to other agendas.    Period.    

But to the people like David Miller (and DOnald Trump) who have different opinions about shutdowns depending on who is in the White House and what their propoganda source tells them to think.....I say you are the main reason our country is so F@ck-ed up today.  People who pick teams instead of positions on policy dont move the country in any direction - they just make for lots of crying on internet message boards.

Like I said - what a shame we cant refernence old threads here.   You could see David MIller stomping his feet demanding we shut down OBama's government.

I now know how President Trump feels - apparently PJ is auditioning for a job at CNN. MAGA
