Every state has its own rules...but all 50 states without exception allow homeless people to vote.    Homeless shelters can be used as address in states that require voter Id.

Consider the stupidity of Jerry's assertion:

1. There are people who will travel to polling places and stand in line for what could be hours, just to get some cigarettes.

2. Those people are actually registered voters, but wouldn't have voted if not for that incentive.

3. They are guaranteed to vote the way that the cigarette fairy wants.

4. No RepubliQ/MAGA type has ever observed and documented this alleged behavior, even though it would provide tons of juicy propaganda fodder for the right-wingers.

So we must conclude that Jerry's full of shit, and the reason he's angry is that we've called him out on it. He can dish it out, but he sure can't take it.
