The toughest immigration law in decades is being blocked by...Republicans!

Can you cite the existing law he should use?

He could do all the things Trump did.

Biden's just a puppet surrounded by hard left nuts that are pulling the strings

I've yet to hear a single person explain why the proposed legislation doesn't make the border better than it is now

5,000 per day times 365 days = 1.8m.  Bad deal.

All biden has to do take back his exec orders on Trump's immigration rules & that will be an improvement

Here is what senator murphy said about the bill (The Blaze)

Murphy explained the emergency authority that Lankford argued permits the president to "close the border" is temporaryand doesn't even result in a full closure. "Importantly, even during these emergency times, the border never fully closes," Murphy celebrated. The legislation, indeed, permits the continual processing of migrants when the emergency authority has been activated (i.e., the time when the border is supposedly shut down). "During any activation of the border emergency authority ... the Secretary shall maintain the capacity to process, and continue processing ... a minimum of 1,400 inadmissible aliens each calendar day cumulatively across all southwest land border ports of entry in a safe and orderly process," the bill states.

Those controlling Biden want unfettered immigration

Yes, Tom which brings us back to the status quo which allowed 9500;day last month.

and you support that vs  a number that's half that.   And then you criticize the people who want fewer migrants than you.

you can't make this shit up

Trump fixed it and Biden hasn't.  That's all that any sensible person needs to know about where the fault lies.  Your head is in the sand.

Well then maybe you can explain, Boilerman.   How come Republicans insisted border legislation be tied to Ukraine funding if border legislation is not needed?    Tom runs away when I ask him.

the border patrol agents think there's a good reason but apparently you have insight they don't.    Enlighten us.

Boiler, you are wrong.  The government can no longer use Title 42 to expell immigrants without a hearing based upon the danger of them bringing COVID in to the country.  To do it like Trump, as you suggest, there would have to be another worldwide pandemic that could be used as a justification.

Nope, see above. The pandemic fixed it.
