Trump isn't cutting expenses. He is defaulting on US Government obligations that the US government freely entered into. Try it yourself. Call your bank and credit card companies and tell them you are no longer paying because you need to cut expenses. See what they say and report back here.

DOGE has yet to do anything with meat on it beyond attacking Musk's political enemies in the governmet.
We can see what his $250 million dollars bought him with the corrupt Trump Administration.
He fired the FAA director that grounded his space-X launches that endangered nearby flight paths
He disolved the Federal AId group that was actively suing one of his companies
He disolved the CFPB which would have oversite and decisions over Musk's new payment program on X
Oh - and he got a shitload of nickel and dime DEI programs in the attached list all of which amount to some tiny fraction of 1%
The reckoning will come when another private company creates a disasterous mess while the Trump Administration is asleep at the wheel.
