Today he lifted restrictions on their access to our advanced AI chips. I think that might be alot bigger quid-pro-quo than the made up shit up Biden and Burisma. But then again - I might be suffering from TDS or common sense or something.

A cultural artifact is given to the country, not to the chief executive. It's not as if the CE will use it personally, or sell it, or anything like that. My recollection is that those artifacts went straight to the Smithsonian. The recipient was the United States.
Contrast that with a hyper-luxury plane that Trump can wallow in while AND after he's in office. It's for his PERSONAL use, not official use, since there already is an Air Force One.
