Trump administration refers NY AG Letitia James for possible prosecution over allegations of mortgage fraud

Karma -  James is accused of listing a home in Virginia as her primary residence and listing her father as her husband on mortgage applications -- "This is a person who prosecuted Trump for everything short of ripping a label off a mattress, and among the charges that were brought in New York, in just the civil but the criminal case, was making false or misleading statements to financial institutions," Turley said. "As for James, if we apply the Letitia James standard that she created, there'd be little question here. This seems pretty straightforward." -- James is also accused of saying her father was her husband to file as a married couple, Turley added. --- https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-administration-refers-ny-ag-letitia-james-possible-prosecution-allegations-mortgage-fraud

If her residence is Va she may be ineligible to be AG & her Trump conviction may be tossed.

She was actively involved in the case as she ran on a "get Trump" platform as well as sitting in court every day.

This corrupt, lying bitch belongs in prison.

Every investor does it, and every politician knows it.  Democrats plucked Trump for extra special horrible treatment.  Now this horrible NY politician is going to pay the price.  I hope that she goes to jail for hypocrisy.

Or maybe Misdemeanor Irony.

Trump was convicted for a felony in NY because he recorded apples as oragages in his personal check book ledger.

That's called money laundering.

and Trump knew it was illegal which is why he told the jury his lawyer paid for the hooker with his own money.

regardless - I haven't heard a chorus of pussies on the left crying about "lawfare" and little green men in the "Deep State" regarding the AG case.    It's nice not to be a pussy.    And it's nice watching MAGA pussies engage in all the behavior they cried about weaponized DOJ.     I guess they think it rationalizes their vote for a scumbag felon

Honest people can disagree on the Trump conviction without being 'pussies', 'you go girl'.  In fact Alan Dershowitz who was an esteemed Harvard Law professor and  has been recognized with many awards and honors for his lifetime of defense of civil liberties and deep knowledge of constitutional law said the following:

"It’s the worst legal verdict I’ve seen in 60 years of practicing, writing, litigating cases.  I still don’t know what he was convicted of," he said. "Was he convicted of intent to cheat on his taxes two years later, although he didn’t take it as a deduction? Was he convicted of defrauding voters, who obviously knew that he was a sexual scoundrel?"  "Was he convicted of seeking to make an illegal campaign contribution, although the contribution didn’t have to be listed until after the election?" Dershowitz asked.  "I have never seen a case where, even after the verdict came down, we don’t know what he was convicted of," Dershowitz continued. "No one in history — in history — has ever been convicted of failing to disclose hush money payments paid to somebody."

So Obviously PJ was ok with the trail that many on the other side thought was a Stalinesque Show Trial.  Does that make PJ an authoritarian Stalinist with no regard for the constitution?   Just as much as it makes people who disagree with him 'pussies'.  I think there are legitimate reasons to question that trial and verdict and most Americans agreed with me because they elected a 'so called' felon President.  Eventually it will be overturned on appeal.  So maybe then PJ won't think the majority of the country are pussies then.

A prosecution so crooked it would make Joseph Stalin blush! ALAN DERSHOWITZ reveals the exact courtroom moment he knew Trump was doomed to a guilty verdict

"The infamous conversation between Stalin and the head of his KGB Lavrenty Beria is often quoted: 'Show me the man, and I will find you the crime.'

This prosecution was even worse because, though DA Bragg tried desperately to find a crime with which to charge Trump, he failed to find one, as did his predecessor Cyrus Vance.  So Bragg went a dangerous step further than Stalin ever did: he made up a crime.  He found a misdemeanor that was past the statute of limitations — making a false bookkeeping entry on a corporate form — and magically converted it to a felony that was within the limitation period by alleging that the false entry was intended to cover up another crime."

Fake judge.   Fake jury.  Fake news.  Fake election.

Whenever MAGA pussies lose they cry "Fake".

What do you guys do when you lose your money in Vegas?   Call the manager over and cry "Fake Casino"?

Stroh gets schooled by CharlesII and has a lame comeback.  Try harder and add some of your pathetic sarcasm.
