Trump and Putin hold first in-person talks since Ukraine invasion, focus on ending conflict

I can hardly wait for the negative comments forthcoming from the TDS infected liberals who post here in the Sink.

Without the participation of Zelensky, whatever they talk about won't mean a donkey's fart.

Trump's just there to try out some new bondage sex positions with his master, anyway.

Your initial post was negative. I'm just refuting and schooling you, is all.

Negative? Your post proves that my post was - and is - spot on. Refute all you want, it doesn't change the reality of what you did here - schools out - for you.

But David he promised to end the conflict on day one. Was that just a big lie to sucker guys like Aaron?

Well things are what they are. I am sure that the whole world wishes that the "promise" had been realized in short order. You and everyone else knows why it didn't - and it wasn't for lack of trying. Now, today another attempt is being made to fullfill that "promise". Instead of complaining about what did not happen, let's hope that the "promise" will soon become reality.

And what did he achieve today other than showing the world how bad his health is with his swollen cankles displayed prominently?  The talks ended way ahead of schedule without any progress. I imagine Putin was quite pleased as Trump literally rolled out the red carpet for him.

Trump made a bullshit promise that even he knew he couldn't fulfill. Why he couldn't is that his idea of "peace" was Ukraine's surrender and ceding 20% of its territory to Putin. The utter stupidity of that is 1) that wouldn't have been the end of it--Putin would have taken a breather, then invaded again; 2) no country is going to buy "peace" by rolling over and playing dead for a fascist conqueror unless they have no choice --and Ukraine has a choice. Plenty of support from the EU even if Trump is spreading his cheeks for Putin.

I don't want the "promise" of Ukraine's surrender to become reality, and neither does anyone else, except Putin, the Turd, and Davey Pig.

      Mark and Lewis never disappoint.
