Trump Attempted To Obstruct Justice

WASHINGTON — As federal prosecutors in Manhattan gathered evidence late last year about President Trump’s role in silencing women with hush payments during the 2016 campaign, Mr. Trump called Matthew G. Whitaker, his newly installed attorney general, with a question. He asked whether Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York and a Trump ally, could be put in charge of the widening investigation, according to several American officials with direct knowledge of the call.

There it is.  It is time to start talking about Impeachment.

True or not, the "asking" of a question does not equate to obstructing justice.

Yes, it does. It reflects a corrupt intent. If you ask someone, "Hey, will you kill my wife?" That is a crime regardless if the other party told you no.

Fine, Doc, put all of these people on the witness stand under oath and find out what the truth is.

Its that word "attempted" that I am struggling with.   He fired the FBI chief that was investigating him ...on the grounds that he was investigating him.     He was dumb enough to say it out loud.

Considering that President Trump is innocent of the false made-up charges and that the FBI chief has been found to be the corrupt one here, you can file PJ's latest idiotic posting with the rest of his past incorrect postings.
