Trump declares national emergency at airports, to sign order instructing DHS to 'immediately pay' TSA officers

President Donald Trump said he will sign an executive order to address airport disruptions, announcing the move in a Truth Social post Thursday that framed the situation as a national emergency. Classic Trump, create a crisis, then back down to try to look like the hero.  Maybe some people will buy it.

How is it his fault?  The democrats refused to vote for the bill

Currently the Republican House just has to vote to approve the current compromise after unanimous approval in the Senate.  If "they refuse to vote for the bill", would it suddenly be "the Republican's" fault in your eyes--and even better, if Trump refuses to sign it, would it then be Trump's fault.    

The Republican House is refusing vote for it at the moment.

The democrats have held this up for 6 weeks but it is the Republicans fault?

Don't think so.  

The fault lies in not getting to a compromise--a compromise has been reached a couple of times, and rejected.  See comments by Thune and Kennedy among others. Does the Republicans house vote for it, does Trump sign it?  By your definition, it is Republicans' fault.  

The democrats agreed to the same bill that was on the table for the past 6 weeks 

Then all we have to do is vote on it in the Republican House and have the guy who "graduated at the top of his class" sign it.  Done deal--or is it?
