Trump is dumber than a tree stump!

He reads Cohen's sentencing memo and concludes it exonerates him.  He runs to Twitter and posts his conclusion.  I can see how this played out. [Trump]I am not mentioned once in this memo. I am totally exonerated!  I sure am glad I am not that individual 1 guy.  They have him by the balls.  Don Jr. pass the ketchup. Daddy wants to celebrate being cleared with a victory steak. [/Trump]

Yes, lots of dumb people graduate from Wharton and then run a successful business empire for decades.  Claiming that Trump is stupid is lazy and inaccurate.  But then, Liberals claim that every Republican is stupid while Democrats are the smartest folks on earth.  I guess Hillary and Barack are very smart, since they've made millions while not creating one ounce of wealth.  In fact, all these folks have done their entire lives is consume and redistribute wealth created by others...............like Donald Trump.

He got in because his dad was worth hundreds of millions of dollars. His admission wasn't merit-based. Because schools like that employ what is known as a B curve, everyone that gets in graduates unless they simply don't show up. The entire time he was there he never made the Dean's List nor did he graduate with any honors despite claiming multiple times he finished first in his class.

You and I have a different definition of success. Trump got over 400 million dollars from his dad.  Despite such a blessing, he managed to go bankrupt six times because of his poor business decisions. Who builds a billion dollar theme casino in a declining market and then chooses the world's most famous mausoleum and mosque as the theme?

His more recent business venture seems to revolve around selling real estate for twice its market value or more to Russians. I suspect Muller will unmask that as a massive money laundering scheme.

Liberals don't think being born rich makes you a genius.

Let's get back to the point of the thread. Do you think those sentencing memos, where among other things his own justice department names him as having committed two felonies, exonerate him?

Lol, he was dumb enough to get elected President, which makes him a helluva lot smarter than Blond or Mark.

My X girlfriend graduated second in her class at Wharton, I she has a differing opinion than you.  She doesn't believe that everyone graduates if they simply show up.  In fact, no good schools do this.

Trump's father did not give him $400 million.

Trump never once filled for bankruptcy.  This one will make your head explode after spending so many years reading Liberal dribble.

A lot of Ivy legal schools do that. A lot of graduate programs do that.  This article says he got $413 million from his dad and that he illegally avoided taxes on a lot of it. I agree he never personally filed bankruptcy, but your point was him running a successful business. His business filed bankruptcy six times after he made poor business decisions like the aforementioned Trump Taj Mahal.

Nonetheless, . . . it could've been worse, . . .

Worse than Trump

Mark, never believe a Liberal writer as their agenda is far more important to them than the truth is.

I have friends who've attended Notre Dame, Northwestern, Penn's Wharton school, Indiana's Kelly school, Standford's engineering and MBA school (3), all the Purdue schools including MBA, University of Chicago, Dartmouth, and I could go on.  Not one has described a "just show up" to graduate program.  I have first hand experience with Purdue.

Trump never filed for bankrupcty.  Instead a few of his businesses filed for bankrupcy.  There's a big difference, and that's why the dishonest people talk about it and misrepresent the truth.  Will Mark please tell us what percentage of Trumps businesses have gone bankrupt?

Trump went to Wharton for two years. He did his first two years at Fordham.   Wharton grades on a B curve. Meaning the lowest grades in the class are generally a B- with most grades being in the regular B range. At schools like that, it is all about class rank. That's why when Trump lies about his college experience he always says he ranked first in his class rather than what his GPA was.

At a school that grades on the B curve, If you go to class, do your work, and take your exams as long as it looks like you made an honest effort generally you will get no worse than a B.  Think of it as a participation award for rich white kids. It is often referred to as a gentleman's B for those who don't want to work hard. Hey, Donnie are you going to study hard for the exam?  No, I am just going to take the gentleman's B.  I went to IU for a graduate program and I was under the B curve the entire time. Several of my professors complained the pressure was so great not to fail anyone they had to give out passing grades even when they came across someone's exam where it was clear they had no grasp of the material.  If there were a hundred folks in a particular class, they might be able to get away with giving a few B-s to the very worst performers.  My sister encountered the same B curve when she got her MSW.

As I explained in my last post, it was his businesses that filed bankruptcy. And I brought it up because you made a point of saying what a great businessman he was.  It was his bad business decisions that lead to his businesses having to file bankruptcy.

More on Wharton's B curve.

I have a friend who is a freshman in Wharton this year. She said that EVERYTHING is bell curved to B average. That means the professor is free to place a curve that decreases everyone's GPA, like my friend received 96 in economics and ended up getting A- in class because of the bell curve. (Econ was Non-Wharton class) She does study a lot but it also seems like she's having a lot of fun and she's pretty activity in several clubs.

As you can see from the discussion, the B curve can bring a high performing student's GPA down as they have to cover all of those low performers getting the participation awards.
