Trump is in deep 💩

Even more so than a lot of us thought.  I base this on two things.

1. Jack Smith's recent subpoena asked for records relating to business transactions between Trump org and specific countries including Saudi Arabia.

2.  Trump admitted in his town hall that he couldn't remember if he showed these top secret documents to anyone.

I believe Trump is going to be charged with espionage.

 Typical Mark, anything even remotely negative concerning President Trump is just cause for a conviction and a sentence before a trial. Meanwhile, the traitor brain dead Biden gets another pass as he continues to tear apart America. Some people can not see the forest for the trees. God help us.

Hisn own lawyers say he's going to jail.    But the good news is the pro-Law-n-Order Republicans of his base can still vote for him.  Aint America great?

I don't want the Turd to be locked up until after the 2024 election. The good news is, it probably will take that long.

What we really need to do, though, is lock up everybody who voted for him.

When questioned about why he took and kept top secret and other classified documents in the CNN Town Hall, Trump said he had "every right" to take top secret and other classified documents from the White House. "I can do whatever I want to do with classified documents."

It is unlikely that Special Counsel Jack Smith agrees with that assessment. It is an admission that he *did* take classified documents, and if Trump is wrong about this power, as virtually every legal expert says, this admission could be further evidence that helps to convict him.

Of course, the main reason Trump will likely be indicted in the Mar-a-Lago documents case is that he obstructed justice. His harboring the docs is a separate area of jeopardy which may or may not be added to the obstruction charge. Also, what he did with the documents is unknown. Sedition may be a charge depending on what is discovered about that.

This reeks of desperation.

Except Trump isn't going to be indicted for having top secret documents, is he? He's going to be indicted for taking the documents and refusing to return them when it was plain it was illegal for him to retain them. Among other things, that's called obstruction of justice. He also may get indicted for knowingly sharing top secret documents with people that should not be exposed to them.

That doesn't sound like anything Biden did, does it?
