The Supreme Court did him a favor when they ruled his tarrifs were illegal. He could've gotten away from an awful policy and blamed someone else for it not working. 

Instead, he tries to illegally institute more tariffs. Nobody likes the tariffs Democrats, independents and even a lot of Republicans.

  President Trump implemented tariffs for the purpose of balancing trade- and tariffs - between America and other world nations- nations that have unfarily tariffed America for years/decades. The results have been amazing with present/future job creation, manufacturing and revenue generated from the tariffs. Now YOU and Mark consider his implemention of tariffs as being "dumb". Care to explain/define the "dumb" part of your answer?
