I think he does understand. He's not exactly a rocket scientist, but he has the ability to comprehend something as simple as a tax on imported goods.

I've asked "Miller" if Trump has ever lied, ever broken the law, or ever made a mistake. He usually weasels, but a few times he's said, "No, never, Dear Leader President Donald J. Trump is perfect." No, I don't think he's the same guy who made big bucks by being a Trump butthole slave. I think that he adopted the "David Miller" name to be a copycat. Like a pedo poster might call himself "Jeffrey Epstein."
The original "David Miller" did in fact work pretty hard when he jumped aboard the Trump shortbus. At one point, the Turd invited him to attend one of his Piggy rallies. So no, I doubt that our version of "David Miller" is the same asswipe.
