Patsy, Trump initially had a few good things to say about him. Then he oozed back to his normal self and started insulting him and his legacy.
He never talked to Jackson's family and had no plans to attend his funeral. That would have been much too decent of him.

It would have been decent for Trump to be there, which meant, of course, that there was no chance he would. After all, he's busy killing Iranian schoolgirls.
