YES! Trump's tax credits were to expire, and the BBB made them permanent. Just because you don't like what the Dems feel are important doesn't make it unusual.

Simple question about Obamacare: are you saying that the Dems said that the bill passed in 2010 would reduce premiums every year until they were zero? Pretty high standard, from a MAGA guy.

Stupid Tom may truly not understand that the purpose of Obamacare was to make health care available to all Americans. It wasn't about cost per se; there were millions of people who couldn't get health insurance at ANY cost.

Stupid Tom may also not recall that the Dems wanted universal single-psyer health care, which would have obviated the question of individual expense. But the insurance companies lavishly bribed the Republicans to make sure that would never happen.

There is no law mandating snap benefits to be paid during a shutdown.  There was a contingency fund of $5B which is only half of what is needed.

They were trying to save the Healthcare credits, because they believe they're important. Trump doesn't, that's what is different

These credits were not part of the CR.  The democrats wanted to stick it in at the last moment; so they could have an issue.  Why wasn't this issue brought up when biden was president?

Universal health care doesn't cover all health issues and the govt decides who gets care.

As pointed out earlier Europe doesn't have universal health care as 20-30% of people in Europe have private insurance in order to get full coverage and quicker resolutions.

Obama lied, just like Trump lied about bringing down prices on day 1 and securing peace between Russia and Ukraine in 48 hours. Total failures, at least Obama was able to pass the legislation that he wanted to get done, just like Biden was able to pass legislation that he wanted to get done.
