Trump "nearly escaped death" at Mar-E-Asshole!!!!!

trump's Republican lawyer said so.

Who said that & what did he say?

 his Republican media exec said

Are you referring to Pecker?  He is not the Republican media exec.  Pecker said he did not print the  Daniels story, as well as many other celebrity stories.  This is not illegal

so. his Republican hooker said so.

She claimed they had sex, a payment was made to her to keep quiet along with an NDA.  This is legal.  She also owes Trump hundreds of thousands of dollars; a motive for her to lie

the audio tape of his conversation

What was on this tape?

and the records of the transaction said so.

He paid his lawyer which was recorded as a legal expense.  Again legal.  If one wants to claim it was for the NDA, it could be business record misdeamonor & the statute of limitations ran out on this.

Again, no evidence & what crime?

Come on man, you can't be this dense.  The indictment alleges that he used private funds to service his campaign--it should have been reported as "campaign funding" but was not.  The fact that it was not reported as campaign funds and that business records were falsified in that effort, is the heart of the charge.  You have read the indictment, right?  Oh, See Above.
