Trump won't even be indicted--of course, he is indeed a criminal dozens of times over, but the courts are much too infested with Trumpy judges for anything to stick. Plus, for whatever reason, the Democrats have been unwilling to simply stand up and say, "This %$#$@ is a crook and should be prosecuted like any other criminal." Why have no indictments been handed down? It's not like Jan. 6 was his first criminal rodeo.
The best strategy for Democrats, though, is to sit back and let the RepubliQ tear itself apart. There are quite a few up-and-comers who have been chafing at the bit, waiting for Trump's popularity to wane and his death-grip on the party to loosen. There will be fistfights, literally as well as figuratively, as the RepubliQ jockey for the chance to seize absolute power.
