Trump off the ballot in Colorado...

The Gorsuch case involved under aged candidates trying to run for president.  The Constitution is specific in this.  Taking someone off the ballot because a few people think he may have done something is not the same thing.

Tom they had a trial where both sides presented evidence.  After weighing the evidence, the Judge ruled Trump was an insurrectionist.  That part of the ruling is considered a finding of fact by the trier of fact which is not subject to appeal. This is how things are done in the American legal system day in and day out.

True. But what actually happened is that he was taken offf the ballot BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY DID "something" that the court ruled, disqualified him from being President.

Learn to read and think, stupid Tommie-poo.

Here is what the Democrat dissenting justice said about the lack of due proccess in this case.

"Even if we are convinced that a candidate committed horrible acts in the past — dare I say, engaged in insurrection — there must be procedural due process before we can declare that individual disqualified from holding public office," he wrote. Justices Carlos Samour,

Samour went on to argue that allowing states to decide individually whether to allow Trump's candidacy "risked chaos in the country." The justice conjured visions of state governments divided on the legitimacy of a victorious presidential candidate.

Stupid kevin must learn to think and not parrot what MSNBC/CNN says

It is the minority opinion and legally it is wrong. That is why it is the minority opinion.

Idiot Tom: "due process" was done in this case. The question was heard by a court of justices. It's still due process even if you don't like the result.

Stupid Tommie-poo.

Stupid Kevin there was no due process. The court said he couldn't be in the ballot because he was an insurrectionist but there has been no federal court case declaring him one.

What vocabulary word does Tom ascribe to someone who

-sends a mob to attack the Captial during the election certification

-shakes  down the GA governor for votes

- intimidates and harrasses  election workers

-coordiantes with several states to send fake electors

- floods social media with baseless conspiracies about rigged election machines.

-orders his Vice President  to decertify the election

The Colorado Supreme court's vocabulary word for that is "Insurrectionist".  Mitch McConnell's too.

And Nickey Haley.  And Kevin McCarthy.

Wow...is there any more glaring proof of Tom's stupidity than him saying "There was no due process" and in the very next sentence, "The court said..."?

That's what due process IS, you dumb fuck.
