If an outgoing president can declassify documents without telling anyone, then ALL future presidential administrations would have no idea what is still classified and what isn't classified.
I think that would be problematic.
I honestly think the QaNon Shamon is more sane than our last president.
That's nothing new though. The Orange Pusbag thought that as President, he could do pretty much anything he wanted.
Aside from any considerations of ideology and such, Trump was one of the least competent people to ever hold elected office.
