The video contained a violent threat directed at Leader McConnell, a clear violation of the Twitter Rules.
After multiple appeals from affected users and Leader McConnell’s team confirming their intent to highlight the threats for public discussion, we have reviewed this case more closely. Going forward, the video will be visible on the service with a sensitive media interstitial and only in cases where the tweet content does not otherwise violate the Twitter Rules.”

You aren't silencing people when you are simply enforcing long-standing rules on your platform. Twitter has bent over backward to accommodate conservatives. Trump breaks their rules on an almost daily basis and Twitter made a whole new rule just for him. They said well since it is the President we will just say it is newsworthy and keep it. And now we have the Moscow Mitch rule. If you read what Twitter said carefully you will note that Twitter's exception only applies to this one specific video and case. If AOC would post threats that were made to her, they would lock her account down.
Even though conservative snowflakes have been granted special exceptions to rules that everyone else has to follow, they still constantly whine that their treatment isn't special enough.
You're just pissed off that McConnell's video shows leftist idiots harrassing him and his family at their home. In your world, that should never be shown to the general public. Your attitude has nothing to do with twitter rules, as you've already shown what you'd do if you were the twitter dictator. If AOC showed a video of the same things happening at her home, not only would it be on twitter from multiple sources, it'd be the MSM networks' lead story for a week...and of course it would be Trump's fault.
