I'll have to agree with Kevin on this one. At first I thought the autopen was an argument for dismissing the signing of the pardons, but legally it appears that there is no rule on how the signature is affixed to the document, so unless it can be proven, which would be difficult, that someone else was in control of the signing, it's a pardon, Yet we still need to have SCOTUS determine if a pardon is valid if the crime isn't explicitly listed.
Autopen or not, Biden had no idea what was going on towards the end. Someone was helping him decide the flavor of the day with his ice cream by the end.
The constituion, Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, says nothing about requiring a signature.

MAGA just invents their own laws and rules whenever they dont like the existing ones. If they dont recognize election results what makes you think they give a shit about any other laws ?
