When you send your attorneys to court, to tell the court you don't have the money to pay the judgment the court entered against you, that is a formal declaration that you are broke.
Trump said under oath in that case when questioned by the judge that he had 400 million in liquidity. Did he commit perjury when he made that statement? If so, should he be charged with perjury like his accountant was when he was caught lying under oath in the same case.
