Trump may have weaseled away from this stupidity for the time being, but Elon still has his hands firmly clasped around Trump's tiny dick. Both he and the Turd have said many times that SOOOOOCIALIZED medicine programs such as Medicare and Medicaid are "wasteful." So just because the Turd is furiously backpedaling, that doesn't mean the "end the waste" idea has gone away.

You have to define AND reach some kind of consensus as to what constitutes waste before you can prattle about reducing it. Elon and the Turd just want to heedlessly hack and slash. They don't know what it's like to depend on government programs; worse, they don't care.

The good news is the Trump Administration has finally realized how bad they fucked up and have resended the order.
