I guess its ok for the 3 judges appointed by Trump to decide to hear his case about immunity. I mean, what possible conflict of interest does that present?
So now his trial will successfully be delayed beyond the election because the Supreme Court has decided to take seriously his claim that presidents are above the law and have free license to commit felonies while in office without legal consequence.
This will be a unanimous decision in favor against him (of course) - but that is of no matter. The real goal was to delay the trial. Trump can thank his appointees on the court for delivering that for him.
