i. Weight gained due to anxiety or stress about the current administration and it's policies.
ii. When the outline of a persons adult diapers are visible through their pants.
Niether of these definitions apply to poor old DonDiego, . . . well, . . . maybe one of them does, . . . a little bit, . . . maybe.
Not to be confused with the Trump Bump which also has dual meanings
i. the perceived stock market gain upon Trump's election
ii. the enlarged belly on one of Donald's knocked up hookers.
