We all are aware that Mr. Trump is a despicable human being without one ounce of any redeeming human characteristic--bully, amoral, racist, braggart, disloyal, self-centered to the extreme, unprincipled. The question is about his worshiping followers. Is there any behavior that is "too far" for them? Apparently not.

I've been watching the news to see if the Republipigs have voiced any objections. So far, a FEW of them have gone, "Tsk, tsk, may I suggest that perhaps our noble Dear Leader shouldn't have posted that video? No, I'm wrong, it was ingenious and hilarious and I shall commit seppuku at once."
One Black Republican congressman (or senator?) voiced a mild rebuke, apparently eliciting a phone call from the racist Turd. He probably threatened to kill the rebellious apostate's family; I don't care. What I'm sure of is that he didn't apologize. Why am I sure? Because after he posted that video, he defended his actions at a press conference and said that it wasn't a mistake. Rather than apologizing, as any halfway decent human being would have done, he doubled down.
Why the silence from the MAGA rabble? Well, that one's easy. The video titillated and amused them. Far from being outraged, they laughed and danced and waved their tiny dicks in joy. And that certainly includes our very own MAGA bigots, whom I don't have to name.
The somewhat baffling aspect of all this continuing, unshakable loyalty on the part of MAGA/the Republipigs is that they could cut the umbilical cord with no real political consequences. At this point, even those who don't hate the Turd can see that his evil little brain is crumbling. There's no percentage in continuing to worship him.
Therefore, his grip on his base is absolute, and there is no hope for our country.
I can only speculate what would have happened if a Democrat had posted something like that on social media! The MAGA bleating would have been audible around the world.
