I do have a negative attitude about liars. You posted that picture of Dr. Fauci sitting with two other people and lowering his mask. They were part of his household--otherwise, he wouldn't have been sitting adjacent to them. Therefore, the implication you made that Fauci doesn't follow his own recommendations is a lie.
Nothing you say---NOTHING---can convince anyone that Trump knows more about infectious diseases than Dr. Fauci. No lie that you post can ever support that idiotic contention. No negative attitude post you make can ever make Trump a good or a smart person.
